Why Field13 AI exists.
Getting the phone to ring is only half the job. A lead is worth nothing if nobody picks up. We built Field13 AI so HVAC companies stop losing jobs to a ringing phone.
01Why HVAC only
One trade, done properly.
HVAC calls are urgent in a way most calls aren't. A no-cool call in July or a no-heat call in January goes to whoever answers first. There is no second chance.
So we only do HVAC. Our receptionist knows the difference between a tune-up, a maintenance agreement visit, and a real emergency. It knows what dispatch needs to hear. It doesn't also try to book dentists and law firms.
